Frank M. Dyer III, CCIM, RPA
Frank joined Loeb Properties in 1998 as Senior Vice President of Marketing. Frank is Principal Broker of Loeb Realty Group, LLC, the company’s Third Party Brokerage and Tenant Representation Services affiliate.
Frank has more than 25 years of Commercial Real Estate experience spanning Retail, Office, and Industrial transactions across 24 States. His list of clients include: Family Dollar, Great Clips, Arby's, Starbuck's, Sav-A-Lot, Hollywood Feed, Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Paragon Bank. Loeb Realty Group also provides Landlord Representation and Investment Brokerage across the Mid South.
The native Memphian attended Christian Brothers High School and graduated from The University of Mississippi in 1991 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He later graduated from The University of Memphis with a Masters of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Real Estate in 1994.
Before coming to Loeb, Frank spent 3½ years with the auto parts retailer AutoZone where he was the top producer of new store sites for two consecutive years. He then spent more than 3 years with Federal Express Corporation in its Corporate Real Estate Department where his responsibilities included leasing office and warehouse facilities across the U.S.
Frank also serves in leadership roles with several civic organizations including past Chairman of The Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Memphis and The Memphis Neighborhood Christian Center. Additionally, he is past Secretary Treasurer of Memphis Area Association of Realtors, past President of Memphis Metro CCIM Chapter, a member of the 2004 Leadership Memphis Class.
Barry D. Maynard
Tenant/Landlord Real Estate Specialist
Barry’s diverse background approaches the discipline of commercial real estate brokerage from all angles. In over a 16 year span, he has represented property owners in the sale of their property, leased space in shopping centers, sold investment grade income properties, been involved from the ground up with commercial retail developments, and sold or leased commercial land (retail, office, industrial, c-store, ground leases, recreational, and agricultural), in excess of over four hundred million dollars.
He joined Loeb Realty Group as Landlord/Tenant Representation Specialist in 2013. His past experience includes thirteen years with Trezevant Realty Corporation, after earning his BBA in Real Estate and Managerial Finance with a minor in Banking & Finance at the University of Mississippi. Barry’s focus in recent years has been tenant representation spanning retail, hotels, office, c-stores and industrial deals, as well as landlord selling & leasing, primarily in the retail segment across several states. He has assisted in development and site evaluations, as well as tenant representation across retail, office, and industrial sectors. Additionally, Barry enjoys brokering sales for farmland, as well as hunting and recreational properties.
Barry is married to Eleanore Kelly Maynard and a son Edward Kelly Maynard. They attend Independent Presbyterian Church and Fellowship Memphis. They also enjoy time with their West Highland Terrier, Duke. Barry serves as Board Member of the Memphis Leadership Foundation and Vice Chairman of the Board, and as Committee Chair of the Ronald McDonald House Charities "Clays for Kids" of Memphis, and Committee Chair for the Palmer House, "Shotguns & Sunflowers" events, and Jockey and Juleps, Committee Chair, benefiting Southern Reins Center for Equine Therapy. In his spare time, Barry enjoys mentoring, tutoring and coaching at Memphis Athletic Ministries. Barry is an avid outdoorsman, and a long-time member of NWTF, Delta Waterfowl, and Ducks Unlimited.
Drew graduated from Christian Brothers High School in 2007, and was part of two state championship baseball teams. He attended The University of Alabama as a member of the Alabama baseball team, and also joined the Sigma Chi fraternity. Graduating in 2011, he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on urban design and planning. For two summers during college, he was the pitching coach and strength trainer for the Christian Brothers baseball team.
Before coming to LRG, Drew interned for the head development director at Poag & McEwen Lifestyle Centers. He then joined Loeb Realty Group as an intern for several months before coming on full-time as research assistant. Current projects include working with developing Family Dollar stores in eight different states and over 40 cities. Outside of work, Drew serves on the Ducks Unlimited Memphis Chapter Committee, which has achieved the #1 status for all Ducks Unlimited chapters in the state of Tennessee for the past three years, and is also pursuing his CCIM designation.
